• Skin color/tone

• Areola size

• Vagina/anus texture and color

• Finger/toe nail color

• Implanted hair (head and pubic)

• Entrance sizes

• Additional elements like implants to stand the doll

If you cannot see the element you'd like to customize, then it is very likely you cannot get that customization. But before giving up on it, just send the manufacturer an email. Or you can get hold of them through their social media accounts, and many also have accounts on WhatsApp, so it should be pretty easy to find out if that customization can be done, and what it'll cost.

But what about accessories?

There are lots of accessories you can look at getting. From necklaces to tiaras to bracelets and more. You can even do things like get BDSM toys like soft cuffs, leash and ropes (use the beginner level stuff because it usually has more padding).

Of course you can also accessorize clothing and outfits. If you have made the changes or know what you're doing, you change the color of fingernails and toe nails. You can definitely make statements with footwear, underwear and lingerie. These are great ways to give personality to your sex doll.

It's not that weird to have come up with a name and the sort of personality they will have, so go with it. Get yourself the kind accessories you think their personality would need to express that personality. For things like "tattoos" or make up, you really should contact the manufacturer to find out about this kind of thing, it might be something you can get at time of purchase as a customization.

Manufacturers that are doing it for their customers (and because they love the creativity of creating life-size sex dolls), they'll say up front on their site whether you can apply make up.

But I can't state it strong enough, make sure you don't use anything sharp, pointed or likely to cause damage needing repair. It would be a shame to have to spend time doing repairs instead of using that time for roleplay, erections and fucking.
